For their second release on Little Whore Records, The Quiet Quintin Quartet return with an album that sharpens their sound into a series of fully-formed, fiery compositions. Front and center is Quintin Reed, whose saxophone once again pushes boundaries with tones that range from searing blasts to soulful, measured lines. His playing is complemented by the razor-sharp interplay of Gunnar Hedman on drums, Henry Caz on guitar, and Tomas Gierski on bass.
